I read this morning an article in the magazine Forbes.com. The headline read: "How Oprah Does It" (as Oprah does.) The author, Shaun Rein, highlights 3 keys that make Oprah Winfrey is a person of successful and influential.

1. She actually cares about its people.
2. She knows that making money and creating a better world is possible. She knows
3. how to leverage your brand in an honest way.
