This morning I read an article by Rich Karlgaard in Forbes magazine, titled "Leadership Lessons from The Tour De France. " You can find it here. But if not fluent in English (or simply lazy to read an article of 2 pages) I'll tell you what it's about. 4 lessons of leadership:
1. Processes: The winning team was led by Johan Bruynee, he started training since the beginning of the year, said to win the Tour Bruynee July in January.
2. Sacrifice: All Team members are wonderful athletes, however, what makes the difference is the sacrifice they are willing to take to get great results.
3. Innovation: El equipo siempre está al frente en tecnología y avances de la ciencia aplicada al deporte. Esta virtud les ha dado muchos éxitos por encima de aquellos que no evolocionan.
4. Sinergia: En el podio, el equipo de Astana, obtuvo 2 de los 3 mejores lugares. No obstante, el éxito es un fruto que solo se cosecha cuando se siembra un trabajo en equipo efectivo.
